Vet Dynamics, a training and development company for veterinary practices, went fully remote and closed their office. We streamlined how this data-heavy team works, joined up their technology and tightened security, so files that once lived in a mysterious place on a server are now one click away.

01 · THE CHALLENGEWhat the practice was facing.

Vet Dynamics is a training and development company for veterinary practices, helping them run their businesses more efficiently so they can deliver a better service to their clients. When they looked at their own organisation, they decided it was time to make some changes: to go fully remote and close their office for good.

They are a very data-heavy company, and the old setup did not make that easy. The team had to VPN onto a server to reach their files, which lived in what one of them called a mysterious place. Finding anything was, in her words, a huge waste of time, and that was before you considered the security of working that way, remotely, all the time.

They needed their technology to match how they now wanted to work: efficient, joined up, and genuinely secure for a remote team handling a lot of sensitive information.

No more VPN onto a server and hunting through a mysterious place for a document. Now it is click, and it is there on the desktop.

We patched up the potential security concerns that come with a data-heavy team working from anywhere, so going remote felt safer, not riskier.

Now it's click and it's there on my desktop. It's a huge relief, and it feels so much safer, especially with us all working remotely now.
